Adrian moved to Boulder County in 1995 from Michigan. He started a landscape contracting business, where he learned woodworking, stone masonry, and steelworking as a partner of Redwood Landscape Company. Then, in late 2014, Adrian transitioned out of landscaping and saw the opportunity to pursue his true passion. 3model Construction was founded with the goal of building inspirational spaces for our clients.
Our philosophy is this: when your home or business space is designed and finished well, it affects your life daily. Your state of mind is enlightened while you enjoy less clutter, easier movement around the space, and a less stressful existence. We want to create spaces where people want to be. It starts with creating focal points. Finishes are to be celebrated in the space. A well designed space also means efficient foot traffic. No wasted steps. Safe staircases oriented correctly. Kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins must fit your family's needs. And walk-in closets. Ceiling height is raised when possible, and natural light enhances a well-conceived lighting layout. Technology is infused into our spaces, allowing for cleaner air, warmer feet, and energy savings- a winning combination. Finishes are chosen for durability, elegance, and function. In every project, the permanence of wood, stone, and steel are integral, and act as focal points. The son of a designer - builder, Adrian grew up studying architecture and good design. Helping his father in the family business, he learned his lessons well; form follows function, and use the right materials and install them properly. In 2000, Adrian earned a B.A. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. 3model Construction, Adrian is doing what he is passionate about: good design, remodeling and construction to make life better for our clients. |
